1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Return & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. After completing the inspection, we’ll immediately inform you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days, as per our store policy. The credit will typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mightysporthouse@gmail.com
3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

You will not be responsible for paying to return your item. Shipping costs are covered by us.
Shipping Times
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Order cutoff time
Order cutoff time is 3:00 PM, any order placed before 3:00 PM will be processed that day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following day.
